Why is it called Boston Mantra?
Boston was the nickname of our founder Jonjy Ananth and it's where he's from. Mantra is a peaceful chant that represents the uniqueness in you.
What is the story behind "music bird?"
The "music bird" was created by a well-known local artist for Boston Mantra and donated as a gift for good luck in the founding of this firm. Boston Mantra represents the aspirations of our founder to promote good health, peaceful transformation, and abundance in life.
What is the significance of combining healthcare, life sciences, and alternative asset management?
As a doctor, our founder believed in the professional ethos of respect for learning, adherence to duty, and preservation of integrity. These are key principles laid out in so many tenets found respect for learning, adherence to duty, and preservation of integrity the Hippocratic oath. They also correlate closely with the ancient Vedic principles of Moksha (Adaptation), Dharma (Duty), and Karma (Action).
Selection
We select additional opportunities for your growth in your areas of interest. Our staff come together in work groups to build the capabilities and expertise we need to support our growth. We want you to become a go-to expert in your specialty by tracking relevant news, attending conferences, writing thought pieces, and innovating new solutions.
Extracurricular learning
We encourage staff and interns to participate in journal club, case rounds, professional development topic presentations in order to support their continued immersion in learning.
Multi-disciplinary exposure
We host a multidsciplinary practice spanning several domains and industries. Cross-funcitonal teams yield unique results and professional development opportunities unavailable at most work settings.
Multi-track professional development
We support management track growth for promotions in people responsibility while also supporting promotions in domain-level scope for indivdual contributors who prefer a more independent practice.

Intern program description
On a discretionary basis, we offer individually tailored 4-12 week internships for students (Undergrads, masters, PhDs) who are graduating within a year of completion of the internship. Analyst interns can shadow analysts and participate in project teams. MBA internships are designed for students with prior consulting and/or healthcare experience. MBA interns will work with a mentor to learn about team and client management.
Summer intern program features
Interns are assigned a mentor who is invested in guiding you through a project and a dedicated buddy to make you feel welcomed at the firm. We also offer weekly one-on-one meetings with an advisor to help you meet your goals for the internship. We also offer exposure to a great group of supportive, intellectually curious colleagues, and fun social activities.
