Group practice leaders struggle to recruit and retain new clinicians to grow their practice amid a longstanding health worker shortage coupled with pressures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  These pressures come from a lack of new clinicians compared to the aging population, immigration pressures on clinicians from overseas, and the retirement of too many existing clinicians.

Boston Mantra LLC aims to help group practice leaders recruit more clinicians and retain them through reforms to internal medical policy.  Using experience gleaned from policy development in a range of healthcare settings worldwide, Boston Mantra envisions medical practices that thrive as they enable growth for clinicians to practice autonomously.
